About Anne Alvarez

Anne guides her clients in all aspects of real estate: Selling, buying, leasing, home upgrades, and market analysis. She is no stranger to real estate. Her expertise, as a second-generation real estate investor, brings a well-rounded view to the industry. Anne holds a Business Degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.

A big believer in community volunteering, Anne supports The Little Children’s Aid and The Welcome Home Project which supports SF displaced families to secure stability and housing. She holds two Board Member positions with the St. Francis Wood Women’s League and the San Francisco Manila Sister City Committee. Anne married her USF College sweetheart and has two children, born and raised in the city by the bay. Anne enjoys playing American Mah Jongg with friends and is active in two book clubs.
